RAJU V. MANWANI
INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR
Raju V. Manwani, from Mumbai, India, was elected to serve a two-year term as a director of Lions Clubs International at the association’s 96th International Convention held in Hamburg, Germany July 5 through 9, 2013.
Director Manwani is a business professional.
A member of the Mumbai Sol Lions Club, and a Lion since 1983, he has held many offices within the association, including president, club membership chairperson, district governor and council chairperson.
In recognition of his service to the association, he has received numerous awards including the 100% Attendance Award, the Leadership Award, the Supreme Key Award and 18 International Presidents Certificates of Appreciation. He is also a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow.
In addition to his Lions activities, Director Manwani is active in numerous professional and community organizations, including the Taekwondo Association of Maharashtra, Jai Shree Shyam Parivar Chudidham Trust, All India Crime Prevention Council and the Goregaon Sports Club.
Director Manwani, his wife, Nimmi, and two daughters are all Lions and Melvin Jones Fellows.
